Account information (name, email), billing details processed by our payment provider (we do not store full card numbers), the configuration of your strategies and governance settings, and the operational data needed to attribute and govern your strategies (orders, fills, risk events). We also collect standard usage, log, and device data, and use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, preferences, and analytics.

When you connect a broker or data provider, we process the account, market, and trading data required to deliver attribution, governance, and analytics. This financial data is treated as confidential, used only to operate the service you've asked for, and never sold. Your relationship with each broker and data provider is also governed by their own privacy practices.

Where applicable law requires one, we process personal data to perform our contract with you, to pursue our legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, to comply with legal obligations, and with your consent where required (for example, certain communications or cookies).

To provide and improve EigenTrader OS, attribute and govern your strategies, process payments, provide support, secure the service and prevent abuse, and meet legal and regulatory obligations. We do not use your trading data to trade against you.

We share data with service providers (e.g. cloud hosting, payments, analytics, your connected broker and data providers) strictly to operate the service, and as required by law or to protect rights and safety. If we undergo a merger or acquisition, data may transfer subject to this Policy. We do not sell personal information.

We may process and store data in the United States and other countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) for cross-border transfers.

We use industry-standard safeguards — encryption in transit, access controls, and least-privilege practices — to protect your data, and retain it for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Depending on your location, you may access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, object to or restrict certain processing, withdraw consent, and revoke broker access at any time. You can opt out of non-essential communications. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. Contact us to make a request.

EigenTrader OS is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
