Terms of Service

EigenTrader OS is software infrastructure for traders who build and run their own automated strategies — governance, attribution, intelligence and execution tools. EigenTrader OS is not an investment adviser, broker-dealer, futures commission merchant, or money manager. It does not trade for you, exercise discretion over your account, hold your funds or securities, or provide investment, legal, or tax advice or recommendations. You direct your own strategies and agents.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use EigenTrader OS. You may not use the service where prohibited by law, where you are barred from trading the relevant instruments, or if you are subject to applicable sanctions. You are responsible for determining whether your use is lawful in your jurisdiction.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and API keys, for the agents, code and strategies you build or connect, and for all activity under your account. You agree to comply with applicable laws and market rules (including securities, derivatives and market-conduct rules), with the terms of any broker or data provider you connect, and not to misuse the service, exceed published rate limits, reverse-engineer it, or attempt to circumvent its governance controls.

EigenTrader OS is broker-agnostic. When you connect a brokerage or other third-party account, you authorize EigenTrader OS to access it and to route the actions your agents propose, within the scopes you grant and subject to your configured governance limits. Your relationship with each broker, exchange and data provider is governed by that party's own agreements; EigenTrader OS is not a party to them and is not responsible for their acts, omissions, outages, executions, or fees. You may revoke access at any time.

Market and reference data made available through EigenTrader OS — including derived analytics such as volatility surfaces — is provided for your own internal trading use only. You may not redistribute, resell, or publicly display it. Data may originate from third-party providers and exchanges and is subject to their terms; it may be delayed, incomplete, or interrupted, and is provided without warranty of accuracy, timeliness, or fitness for any purpose. Do not rely on it as the sole basis for any trade.

Nothing provided through EigenTrader OS is investment, legal, or tax advice or a recommendation to buy or sell any security, derivative, or other instrument. Trading involves substantial risk, including the loss of principal, and options and leveraged products can lose value rapidly. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions, configurations, and outcomes.

Performance figures, equity curves, strategy names, and similar content shown on our website or in product demos are illustrative and schematic, not records of live trading. Past or hypothetical performance is not indicative of future results.

Access is currently offered to a limited cohort by invitation. Where paid plans apply, fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis and are non-refundable except where required by law. Usage beyond a plan's included limits may be metered. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the paid period.

Reinforce Market Labs, Inc. and its licensors own EigenTrader OS, including all software, models, and documentation; we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it under these Terms. You retain ownership of the strategies, code, and content you create, and grant us only the limited license needed to operate the service for you.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Reinforce Market Labs, Inc. and its personnel from claims, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the service, your agents and trades, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

EigenTrader OS is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reinforce Market Labs, Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for trading losses, lost profits, or data loss arising from your use of the service; and our total aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, risk to the service or other users, or as required by law. You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The parties will attempt to resolve disputes informally; unresolved disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless a binding arbitration agreement is separately provided to you.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated, and continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
